Shipping Policy

Your orders will be processed within 24 hours -and very often on the same day. Please note every order placed after 11 am EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Why? Because our chocolates are made with natural ingredients only. Which means we need to be extra careful when shipping the products. That way, your delicious goodies will arrive in perfect condition -we don’t want them to sit in the courier warehouse over the weekend.

To maintain the quality of the products we use reusable cooling packs to ship during the warmer months of May-September. Please note we can't guarantee our products won't arrive melted as some external factors such as a delay on the courier side might occur.
