We do not offer a return policy


If your order arrives melted or has been severely damaged in transit, please email us at hey@miiro.co with your order number within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will replace the items that arrived damaged. Please make sure to add pictures to make the process much faster and smoother. 

Please note we do not replace products with minor damage or with aesthetic default. This includes: minor damage to the outer packaging, natural condensation from ice packs or broken bars.

We believe MiiRO is hands down the best vegan and no added sugar chocolate and baking ingredients company out there and that's why we guarantee our products. When we developed MiiRO, we tested more than 200 chocolate brands to ensure we created high quality chocolate that is the best of the best.

If you don't love the product, don't fret, we have you covered. We will refund you for the products you didn't like on your first order minus the cost for shipping to your home. We will offer a refund up to $25 per household. 

The process is simple:

Step 1: Email us within 5 calendar days from the day you receive your order at hey@miiro.co to let us know which product you didn't like.

Step 2: We assume if you don't like a product you won't eat more than 1 serving. We will send you a return shipping label to return the remainder of the product to MiiRO.

Please note we cannot offer a refund when an order has been replaced.
