We’ve made every possible effort to find the best balance between some serious deliciousness and great nutrition.
A lot of thought has been put into what goes into our products and as a rule of thumb, we never add any sugar and always use natural and better quality ingredients. In fact, we create products that contain less than 1 teaspoon sugar for a whole bag/bar. How awesome is this?
After testing all the sweetener blends we could possibly find in the US, we noticed a serious lack of taste and quality that resulted in a poor experience -lots of bad aftertaste, and some were accompanied with stomach cramps.
We asked ourselves why. Why is it so hard to find a great sweetener blend? We found out that the sugar-free industry often takes shortcuts when selecting sweeteners. They use processed stevia, low quality erythritol etc.
Because our sweetener blend is the backbone of the amazing experience our products deliver, we've spent countless nights researching, creating, adjusting and repeating.
We've developed a blend of natural sweeteners made with stevia, high-quality erythritol and chicory root fibre that would fool even the most skeptical people. Our stevia is purchased directly from the farmer. Our chicory root fibre is slightly fermented to avoid any tummy ache. We buyhigh-quality erythritol and we add just enough to deliver the best taste profile and replicate the sugar behavior when baking.
As part of our research and development process, we discovered that very often when creating low or no sugar sweet chocolate and baking chips, the food industry focuses on only a single purpose and sacrifices the other ones -either to replicate the mouthfeel, the taste, or the sugar behavior when put at high temperature, for example in the oven for baking.
As a result, we created a full range of chocolate, baking chips and syrups sweetened with our delicious natural sweetener blend and that tick all the boxes. They are so tasty, can be consumed straight from the bag or can simply be used for baking. For example, our sugar-free maple syrup is versatile and is perfect to drizzle, glaze and caramelize.
Our baking chips react very well to double boilers and are perfect for baking and enjoying straight from the bag.
Long story short, MiiRO excels at offering incredibly delicious products that would fool the most skeptical consumers, while removing all the bad ingredients.
We don’t use any gluten or soy in our products. However we don't routinely test our products against those allergens. For that reason, we don't recommend people with a soy or gluten allergy to consume MiiRO products. Cross-contamination is always possible.

Nope, the protection of our forests is something we’re all very personally passionate about at MiiRO. We refuse to create more damage on our beautiful planet to make more profit!
They’re not yet, but we’re working on it as it’s very important to us to make all our products inclusive, no matter the diet you follow.
We’re very proud of the fact we only use natural, honest ingredients for all our products. We’ve worked hard to create heavenly layers of deliciousness that would not involve any non sense ingredients. So long story short, nothing artificial!
After opening our products, we advise storing our baking chips in an airtight container in a cool and dry location.
Our sugar-free maple syrup should be stored in the refrigerator once opened.
We highly advise you to store your chocolate bars in the fridge once the temperature reaches 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The reason is MiiRO is made with natural ingredients only and nut milk, which aren’t resistant to high temperatures.
No, they’re not and that’s a choice we made as we really want to keep our products as accessible to all as possible. Instead, we focus on creating our treats with the highest quality, natural ingredients so that you never have to worry about what’s inside.
We want to be kind to our bodies and mind, and that would not make any sense if we were not doing the same for our planet. So yes, all our packagings are recyclable.

Yes we do! We believe MiiRO is hands down the best vegan and no added sugar chocolate and baking ingredients company out there and that's why we guarantee our products. When we developed MiiRO, we tested more than 200 chocolate brands to ensure we created high quality chocolate that is the best of the best.
If you don't love the product, don't fret, we have you covered. We will reimburse you for the products you didn't like on your first order.
The process is simple:
Step 1: Email us within 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which product you didn't like.
Step 2: We assume if you don't like a product you won't eat more than 1 serving. We will send you a return shipping label to return the remainder of the product to MiiRO.
Your orders will be processed within 24 hours -and very often on the same day. Please note every order placed after 11 am EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Why? Because our chocolates are made with natural ingredients only. Which means we need to be extra careful when shipping the products. That way, your delicious goodies will arrive in perfect condition -we don’t want them to sit in the courier warehouse over the weekend.
We only ship to the lower 48 states.
To maintain the quality of the products we use reusable cooling packs to ship during the warmer months of May-September.

We do not offer a return policy
If your order arrives melted or has been severely damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will replace the items that arrived damaged. Please make sure to add pictures to make the process much faster and smoother.
Please note we do not replace products with minor damage or with aesthetic default. This includes: minor damage to the outer packaging, natural condensation from ice packs or broken bars.
