Indulge in the nutty rich chocolatey goodness of our very own peanut butter chocolate bar with crunchy cashew nuts. This plant-based chocolate bark recipe creates a low-carb and low-sugar dessert that's perfect for weekend snacking or even family gatherings because it's aesthetically pleasing when sliced. Perfect for those who are in the vegan and/or keto lifetyle.


1 cup MiiRO Dark Chocolate Chips

1/3 cup MiiRO Peanut Butter Chips

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts



  1. In a bowl add dark MiiRO Dark Chocolate Baking Chips, MiiRO Peanut Butter Baking Chips and coconut oil, mix until fully melted.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate mixture on parchment paper. Sprinkle with roasted cashew nuts.
  3. Place the baking pan in the refrigerator and allow to set.
  4. Remove from the fridge and break into bites. Enjoy!
