Low Carb Peanut Butter Chaffle


Move over, high carb and high sugar Chaffles. What we are giving you is a chaffle recipe that is 100% delicious, low in carbs, and have no added sugar. Satisfy your sweet tooth with our heavenly peanut butter fillings mde with MiiRO peanut butter baking chips. This recipe is quick and easy that it will be an instant keto dessert staple in every household.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1tsp almond flour
- 1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1tbsp MiiRO No Added Sugar Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 3tbsp MiiRO Peanut Butter Baking Chips
Method
- For the batter: Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl (Ripe Banana, Almond Flour, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. MiiRO Maple Syrup and Almond Milk).
- Pour half of your batter onto your mini waffle maker at a time. Let cook for about 2 minutes each side.
- For the filling: Mix MiiRO Peanut Butter Baking Chips and almond milk, then whip for 3-4minutes until thickens. Spread between chaffles and serve.
