Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Yup, you are not dreaming. You can totally devour some fluffy delicious chocolate chip pancakes that are vegan, dairy-free and are sweetened with no added sugar.

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Allow batter to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat the non-stick pan, brush some oil and cook the pancakes.
  3. Top with chopped banana, MiiRO dark chocolate chips and drizzle with MiiRO maple syrup.
