Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes


Yup, you are not dreaming. You can totally devour some fluffy delicious chocolate chip pancakes that are vegan, dairy-free and are sweetened with no added sugar.
This is probably the easiest and healthiest vegan pancake recipe you can find online, and you're welcome. :)
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup MiiRO dark chocolate baking chips
- 2 tbsp Miiro no-added-sugar maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Allow batter to rest for 30 minutes.
- Pre-heat the non-stick pan, brush some oil and cook the pancakes.
- Top with chopped banana, MiiRO dark chocolate chips and drizzle with MiiRO maple syrup.
