Edible Cookie Dough: No-Bake Required

We've created the best no-bake cookie dough recipe that doesn't need to be cooked or baked and can be consumed safely. It literally takes 5 min to prepare. This vegan raw cookie dough will bring back childhood memories, with the nutrition to boot.

If a sugar-free cookie dough is more your vibe, our sugar-free maple syrup will add in all the sweetness you’d like, with the flavor of maple syrup AND without the added sugar. Alternatively, you can use a liquid sugar/sweetener of your choice. 

Ingredients

  • 125g gluten-free oat flour – gluten-free oats blended into a flour in the food processor
  • 130g almond butter 
  • 4 tbsp maple
  • 2.5 tbsp plant milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 (70g) pack MiiRO Crisp-Coated Signature Chocolates with a Peanut Heart

 

Method

Mix the oat flour with a pinch of salt in a bowl, then add in the almond butter, maple syrup, milk and vanilla. Mix to combine 

Fold in the Miiro chocolates and serve - Enjoy!
