Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge: 3 Ingredients
This homemade chocolate peanut butter fudge is incredibly tasty. The glorious combination of peanut butter and chocolate is ridiculously delicious.
We love the fact it can also easily be made with no added sugar if you replace the maple syrup with some MiiRO Sugar-Free Maple Syrup. Yes, a low carb peanut butter chocolate fudge bliss. Happiness guaranteed.
- 125g dark chocolate
- 125g smooth peanut butter
- 24 Miiro Crisp-Coated Peanut Chocolates
- Optional - 2 tbsp maple syrup
Break up the chocolate into small pieces and add to a heatproof bowl. Microwave for a few minutes until melted, then mix in the peanut butter and maple syrup.
Transfer into a cake tin (we used a 22×12 cm loaf tin) and top with the Miiro chocolates.
Refrigerate until set (1-2 hours), then cut into slices.
