Refreshment for cool, soft skin.
1 Cucumber (Grated)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Fresh Mint Leaves (Crushed)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Apply to face and neck. After 15 minutes, rinse off thoroughly.
Bonus: Why not also drink it? While you wait for your face mask to spread its goodness, you can also put the same ingredients in a glass filled with sparkling water, and add 1 tsp. of maple syrup. The only difference is to not grate the cucumber but thinly slice 3 or 4 strips.
Energising and reinvigorating.
45g Whole or Rolled Oats
60ml Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Blend the oats in a food processor until no large chunks remain. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until well mixed. Apply to face and neck. After 10-20 minutes rinse thoroughly.

Rich, indulgent pampering for silky smooth skin.
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Apply to face and neck. After 10 minutes rinse thoroughly.
Bonus: you can also make some chocolate mousse pots. Instead of using 1 full avocado, use only half. Sweeten with natural sweeteners according to your preference.
Turmeric Chickpea Dream
Great for acne-prone skin that needs a calming moment.
2 tbsp Chickpea Flour
½ tsp Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 tsp Cucumber Juice
1/3 tsp Turmeric
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a paste. Apply to face. After 15 minutes (don’t let paste dry) rinse thoroughly (makes 2 applications).
