Chocolate Bark Recipe: 5 Ingredients

Chocolate barks make such a great gift because they are as beautifully satisfying to see and fun to make. They are also delicious to eat. We've come up with the best recipe for chocolate bark. It’s the marriage of peanut butter and chocolate, with an extra crunch from the topping that makes this recipe a total winner.

We love chocolate bark with peanuts, but the beauty of this keto dark chocolate bark recipe is that it is easily adapted to your taste. For example, you can switch out peanuts with chocolate to make a keto chocolate almond bark recipe. We love to add marshmallows to our candy bark too. It adds a lot to the texture.

Ingredients

  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 20g puffed rice
  • 2 packs Miiro Crisp-Coated Peanut Chocolates (skip it for a keto version)
  • A handful of chopped peanuts

Method

Break up the chocolate into small pieces and add to a heatproof bowl. Microwave for a few minutes until melted, then fold in the puffed rice.
Spread over a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds to soften, then drizzle on top. Use a sharp knife or toothpick to create a swirly pattern.
Top with the Miiro chocolates and peanuts.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, then slice and enjoy!
