How to make a 3-ingredient peanut butter cookie recipe (or any other nut butter of your choice)?
Nut butter is a creamy and delicious mixture made from blended roasted nuts. The most common types of nut butter or peanut butter and almond butter but pretty much any nut can be blended into the delicious buttery mix. It all depends on which nut is your favorite!
Different types of nuts will give your nut butter a unique and distinct flavor. Peanut butter can be quite salty, almond butter is slightly sweeter and other nuts like cashews are creamier and milder in flavor.
We absolutely love the 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies version. It's moist, rich, and the roasted taste of peanut butter makes those cookies so indulgent. Having said that, we also recommend cashew butter as it replicates the white mildly sweet dough of traditional cookies in both look and taste. We’ve also tried almond butter which give that delicious earthy aroma that pairs beautifully with the flaxseed. We hope this helps.
What is flaxseed good for? The fiber-packed seed of flax has been used as a natural medicine for thousands of years and is recorded to treat diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, breast pain, and inflammation. This delicious flax seed recipe is a guaranteed mood booster.
Good quality, A-grade maple syrup is natures sugar. It has a gorgeous caramel taste that helps sweeten even the plainest desserts! We use our very own sugar-free maple syrup in this recipe for a totally sugar-free cookie that’s super healthy and blissfully indulgent.
